Jason Derulo’s fifth album is set to be released in June of this year.

1. The album cover is going to look like this.

Yeah, Jason’s ultra-pensive face is going to dominate the cover, unless the marketing folks at Warner Brothers Music decide otherwise.

2. It’s not going to be a collection of songs about his breakup with fellow singer Jordan Sparks.

Whenever pop stars suffer a huge breakup, people are always thinking that if they have a pending release, it’s going to be filled with mournful ballads about their mutilated heart.

3. Look for Jason to promote the life out of it.

The album hasn’t even been released yet, and a cross-promotion with the dating site Tinder was strategically orchestrated. And yes, this ought to be taken as a sign of what’s to come. While Warner Brothers Music has yet to announce tour dates for Everything is 4, Jason is scheduled to perform at the Washington State Fair in late September. He’s also the headliner at the Dubuque County Fair in Iowa in August.

4. Look for some eye-popping choreography and dancing during his performances to back Everything is 4.

Jason really impressed live show critics like Ali Szubiak at the iHeart Music Radio Awards show back in March—even earning himself comparisons to Michael Jackson—so you can bet this time around he will get twice as many kudos.

Pop star Jason Derulo held a fundraiser for his Just For You Foundation in Beverly Hills this past Thursday with the theme “Heart of Haiti”. The singer has emphasized that the mission of the nonprofit is to (among other other goals) help promote education, safe housing, and health in the US and globally. Derulo, who was born in Miami to Haitian parents, has visited Haiti several times. Earlier this year, he traveled to the island motherland to film a music video. Like many Haitian-Americans in the spotlight, he tries to use his notoriety to bring positive stories about Haiti in the media.

Jason and his team had a custom-made favor done to represent the theme of the gala.

The singer donned an elegant tuxedo for the event.

Among those in the audience were actors Jean-Pierre Vertus, Sean Penn, Garcelle Beauvais, performers Mikaben (who came directly from Haiti especially for the event), Shaggy, and Tyler Hubbard. Derulo is seen posing below with Penn, Garcelle, and Hubbard.

Jason’s immediate family were on hand to help him celebrate his philanthropy.

On this occasion she decided to don this black pantsuit.

In an interview with Forbes magazine, Derulo stated that President Donald Trump’s alleged comments about Haiti being a s_hole was what motivated him to focus on the island. He further states that visiting the island to get a first-hand view of what actor-activist Sean Penn was doing in the mid-2010s through his JP Haro organization also inspired him.

This past August, the singer attended the Blockchain Conference, a conference about planning for the future through philanthropy and technology.
